The City of San Marcos ("the City") requests Statement of Qualifications ("SOQ"s) from interested qualified Respondents to perform typical and complete Engineering and Architectural (E/A) services in conjunction with the design and construction of multiple projects working with the Airport Staff, City staff, any appropriate consultants, and in accordance with the terms and Scope of Qualifications specified herein. The term of the resulting contract will be for a period of five (5) years with no extensions. The contract will be an on-call contract with work performed via work authorizations (fund allocations) up to an estimated amount of $2M via Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), TxDOT (Texas Department of Transportation) Aviation, and local (City) funds Question Deadline 12/12/2024 at 5:00 PM CT Questions to this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the City of San Marcos Purchasing and Contracting Division only at mkruzelock@sanmarcostx.gov and vbradshaw@sanmarcostx.gov. Please reference the solicitation number in the email subject line when corresponding. The City reserves the right to determine which Response is in the City's best interest and to award the contract on that basis, to reject any and all Responses, and waive any irregularities of any Response.
