Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Harrisonville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Construction of a 152 foot two-span prestressed concrete NU-Girder bridge, approach roadway work, and any incidental work in accordance with the plans and specifications. The project is located on Main Street, in Section 08, Township 44N, Range 33W, Cass County, Missouri, over Poney Creek. All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the current version of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. A certified cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. The Cass County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The DBE Goal for this project is 5%.
