The district has engaged W2 Engineers, LLC and Element Engineering to provide design, permitting, CMAR bidding, and funding coordination. Element is currently working on a preliminary floorplan of the treatment facility to determine the footprint required for construction. Site Directions: Near the intersection of Hwy 285 and CR 64A on the south side of the highway. The WTP will generally consist of a 40 GPM filtration system, chemical feed system(s) and associated piping, fittings, and controls. Bidders are hereby advised that the Owner reserves the right to not award a Contract until sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of the proposals, and CMAR firms expressly agree to keep their proposals open for the sixty (60) daytime period. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informality, technicality or irregularity in any proposal, to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, conditional or alternate proposals, to negotiate contract terms with the successful CMAR firm, to require statements or evidence of CMAR firm's qualifications, including financial statements, and to accept the proposal that is in the opinion of the Owner in its best interest. Owner reserves the right to accept any combination of Bids which in Owner's sole, and absolute judgment will, under all circumstances, best serve the Owner's interests. Owner also reserves the right to extend the Bidding period by Addendum if it appears in its interest to do so. This project may receive funding from the Colorado State Revolving Loan Fund (SRF) program and bidder's attention is called to the SRF requirements included in the RFP package. The contract includes Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements and goals. Certified DBEs are encouraged to bid.
