A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. All scope clarification items listed below supersede drawings and all other specification sections. B. Cutting and Patching (All Buildings): 1. Each Prime Contractor shall provide cutting and patching as required to perform their contract work. This includes openings in existing floors, walls and ceilings unless otherwise noted within Scope Clarification Section 1.4. a. If a surface is revealed due to the removal of any existing conditions and is planned to be left exposed in the renovations, this surface will also be the responsibility of the General contractor to patch 2. If structural steel is required for roof and/or floor openings the General Contractor is responsible for the structural steel. Cutting of such openings is the responsibility of the General Contractor. Layout of opening is the responsibility of the contractor requiring the opening.
