The Awarded Proposer Will Be Required to Sign a Binding Contract With the City; the Awarded Contract Will Be for a One (1) Year Term, Renewable Annually Upon Mutual Written Agreement via Amendment for a Maximum Term Not to Exceed Five (5) Years.
