Renovation of a municipal facility in New Boston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
** As of 12/12/2024 project has been awarded to CAMCO Elevator, Inc with $ 88,865.56.** Repair and replacement of automatic self-leveling with floor landings, equip with Emergency service compliance with ASME/ANSI A17.1 Code. Install and monitor via internet thru special apps this will include monitoring by the award-winning company. The machine room shall be upgraded with new equipment and utilize the existing power supply, some of the upgrades are as follows: new started, new pump motor, new power unit, new valve and controller but not limited to just the items listed. New closed loop door operator, install and up to date door protection device including new interlocks, retain the doors tracks and hangers and align properly, the existing hoist way operating devices shall be retained unless the award-winning bidder determines that they should be replaced after inspection prior to submitting a bid. RFP for the upgrade of the front elevator located at the Bowie County Courthouse The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or part of any proposal in the best interest of the County.
