Renovation of a mixed-use development in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Hamilton County Schools (HCS) seeks to contract with a qualified, experienced, and professional Vendor to provide a variety of HVAC equipment (Inverter Scroll Heat Pump Chillers) to the following schools: Howard High School and Dalewood Middle School. Contract is for purchase and supply of units/equipment only with applicable training. Installation is excluded and will be conducted by HCS staff. The Contract Period is expected to begin December 20, 2024, or soon thereafter. These terms and conditions shall be part of the Contract. HCS reserves the right to negotiate other terms and conditions it deems appropriate and necessary under the circumstances to protect the public's trust. Question Deadline 11/22/2024 All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted electronically to doe_purchasing@hcde.org no later than 8 calendar days prior to the Opening/Due date designated herein. Failure to submit a question in the timeframe indicated above may result in the question going unanswered at the discretion of HCS.
