Renovation of a municipal facility in Savannah, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Boiler and Commercial Water Heater - Preventative Maintenance, Repair, Replacement, and Installation Services (Annual Contract). Enclosed is an Invitation to Bid (ITB) packet, which provides instructions for the submission of bids and identifies the goods and/or services requested by the SCCPSS. If you have any questions concerning this solicitation, please submit them in writing to Teresa Jayne Phillips, Purchasing Agent at purchasing@sccpss.com. Please note that all communications relating to this solicitation must be directed to the Purchasing Department pursuant to SCCPSS policy. a. Contractor must possess a Class I, II, and III Certificate of Authority (COA) issued by the State Fire Marshall's office and maintain the COA for the duration of the contract term. A copy of the COA shall be made available to the District to maintain on file. b. All services shall be performed by qualified technicians trained on the specific equipment being maintained. Contractor shall provide proof of training upon request. c. In addition to the activities listed in this document, equipment model-specific maintenance procedures specified in the manufacturer's service manual shall be performed at the suggested service intervals. d. Contractor shall provide and install the manufacturer's maintenance kit specified for the equipment model being serviced. Kits shall include all ignitors, flame rods, gaskets, filters, etc. necessary to complete the service as specified by the manufacture. e. Contractor shall provide a written report each time maintenance is performed on a piece of equipment. The report shall list and confirm all maintenance steps performed, the results of all required safety checks, a list of all deficiencies found, and a summary of all findings and recommendations. f. Contractor shall coordinate schedules with the assigned jurisdictional inspector for all internal inspections. g. Contractor will maintain an accurate and current inventory, in electronic format, of all equipment under contract and provide to the District. At a minimum, the inventory will include the following attributes: i. Asset name ii. Building/Location iii. Equipment Type (Steam Boiler, HW Boiler, Water Heater, iv. Manufacturer v. Model Number vi. Serial Number vii. Use (Heat, Hot Water, Heat and Hot Water, Process) viii. Fuel Type ix. Capacity stated in BHP or BTU/HR x. Year Manufactured xi. National Board Number xii. State Jurisdiction Number
