A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Chatham Area Transit Authority (Cat) is Soliciting Responses From Qualified Vendors to Desing and Build Ferry Dock and Shelter on Plant Riverside. All Questions Must Be Submitted in Writing by: Friday, January 24, 2025 to Victor Colon, Procurement Manager, Chatham Area Transit Authority, 900 East Gwinnett Street, Savannah, Ga 31401, or by Email at Victor.colon@catchacat.org The project is located behind the parking garage and hotel at 500 West River Street in Savannah, Georgia. The project consists of design, permitting and construction of 15'x20' concrete platform supported by concrete piles, a 6' wide x 80' long aluminum ADA gangway and a 20' wide x 120' long concrete floating dock with concrete piles. It also includes a 14' x 24' +- landing shelter for ferry passengers located on the existing Riverwalk. The final design of the shelter shall conform to design shown on the Sottile & Sottile, 2022. Cat Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any and All Responses Submitted. Cat Also Reserves the Right to Award a Contract Based on the Submissions Alone.
