Renovation of a municipal facility in Savannah, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City is looking to perform work in the crawl space of the Bonaventure office building to repair and bolster some of the floor joists. In the past Polyurethane foam was sprayed on the underside of the floor and that is currently obstructing the final evaluation and also the repairs. We are looking to hire someone to help remove an approximately 25' x 25' area of foam from the underside of the floor. The foam will need to be removed from all of the wood surfaces in the designated area in order for the repairs to proceed. The contractor is responsible for removal of all polyurethane foam from the Bonaventure office building underside of the floor. Pricing shall include all labor, materials, supplies, ETC to complete the job. Please submit pricing via the supplier portal line items.
