Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in North Liberty, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project will involve the following: Construction of a 6-foot wide sidewalk within Freedom Park including connections to existing neighborhood sidewalk and roadway trail. Project includes installation of storm sewer and area intakes, roadway curb line, site grading and restoration The work must be substantially completed by September 5, 2025. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. Question Deadline 12/12/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing
