Reference Number 0000368697 Oakland County Purchasing on behalf of Oakland County Facilities, Maintenance and Operations (FMO) issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to interested vendors who can supply all labor, materials and incidentals for the cleaning of kitchen hood vents and duct work for main systems, fryer systems, and cooktop systems. SCOPE OF SERVICES Contractor shall clean kitchen hood vents and duct work for main systems, fryer systems, and burger systems as specified at the locations listed below. All work performed is required to meet or exceed the current NFPA-96 and ANSI/IKECA C-10standard for cleaning of commercial kitchen exhaust fans, ducts and hoods. All labor and materials shall be in accordance with applicable building, safety, sanitation and fire codes. Contractor shall be responsible for all inspections and any permits. All work shall be performed in a professional manner and shall be consistent with practices of the trade.
