Renovation of a mixed-use development in East Brunswick, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 37,413-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility.

Cafeteria and Gym Roof Replacements at East Brunswick Campus; 112 Rues Lane, East Brunswick, New Jersey Work consists with replacement of approximately 14,000 sf of EPDM roofing above the cafeteria and approximately 11,000 sf of EDPM roofing above the gymnasium with new 3-ply + cap sheet modified bituminous roofing system including blocking, flashing, metal edge, and metal wall panels. Mechanical units will be replaced and installed under a separate contract. In addition to base bid, there is an alternate scope to replace approximately 9,000 sf of EPDM roofing above the dance studio with new 3-ply + cap sheet bituminous roofing system.
