Bids should be submitted on the required forms, in a sealed envelope labeled Athletic Field Maintenance, and addressed and delivered as follows: East Brunswick Board of Education Attn: School Business Administrator/Board Secretary RE: Bid 2025-12 760 Route 18, Suite 109 East Brunswick, NJ 08816 The Board assumes no responsibility for bids that are improperly mailed or misdirected. Hand delivered proposals will be accepted at the Board Offices where a drop box will be provided at the main entrance or where you can ring the bell to deliver to deliver the proposal in person between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily. All interested contractors must use and complete all forms and must comply with every requirement contained in the bid documents. When required by the bid specification, each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check made payable to the East Brunswick Board of Education, for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the total bid, however, not to exceed $20,000. Pursuant to P.L. 2004 c.57, (N.J.S.A. 52:32-44), all bid responses should be accompanied by a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate issued by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue. The Contractor must include its own Business Registration Certificate no later than the time of contracting. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. Bidding shall be in conformance with all applicable federal, state and municipal laws including the Public School Contracts Law of the State of New Jersey N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq. When it is in its best interest to do so and to the maximum extent of its discretion under applicable law, the East Brunswick Board of Education may award the Contract in whole or in part, select any combination of bids and alternates, may waive any informalities and may reject any or all Bids in accordance with the Public School Contracts Law N.J.S.A 18A:18A-22.
