Renovation of an educational facility in North Parkersburg, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Clarifications requested by the Bidder must be submitted in writing on or before 3:00 pm December 10, 2024 . Renovations include new exterior aluminum doors with new electronic access control hardware. Electronic access control hardware is to be added to existing exterior metal doors and existing interior doors. New data devices, data cabling, & electrical to be provided. West Virginia University at Parkersburg is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to complete the Caperton Access Control project. Renovations include new exterior aluminum doors with new electronic access control hardware. Electronic access control hardware is to be added to existing exterior metal doors and existing interior doors. New data devices, data cabling, & electrical to be provided. The Project does not include Davis-Bacon Wage Requirements.
