The schedule for this project is critical to allow for the start of demolition and construction of the new Northend Elementary School. The abatement duration will be 60 days from the contract award. If additional ACM is found during follow up testing, then the contract duration could be modified accordingly. The 3-year Reinspection Report dated August 2024 performed by Pinnacle Consultants is included in the project manual for the contractors' review.
