Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saratoga Springs, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project consists of roadway widening (two lane to five lane), mill-and-overlay, cement treating base course, and restriping the existing Saratoga Road & 145 North (approximately 2.0 miles). Demolition work includes removal of existing asphalt pavement, removal of one residential dwelling, removal of five wooden utility poles (by RMP), removal of existing concrete, curb, relocating utilities, street signs, etc. New construction work includes mill and overlay of existing asphalt pavement, cement treating the existing base course, road widening, signage, earthwork, installation of concrete curb & gutter, concrete sidewalk, concrete driveways, roadway striping, storm drain pipe and structures, transition from overhead to underground power (by RMP), new conduit and fiber optics, new traffic signal, extension of an existing concrete box culvert, adjusting surface utilities, and seeding. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
