UCA Lake Mountain Roof Replacement. The Utah Communications Authority (UCA) is seeking a qualified contractor for this project to provide UCA with a turnkey replacement of the roof, including the installation of two roof-mounted 6-ton packaged HVAC units. The scope also includes minor ductwork underneath the roof to ensure even air distribution within the room. As this building houses critical emergency communications systems, plans and bids for this project must include measures to protect the building's contents during the roof replacement. Project Location: The UCA-Lake Mountain Site is located in Utah County, immediately west of the City of Saratoga Springs. GPS Coordinates: 40 16' 56.6" N, 111 56' 13.7" W General o Project completion target date is March 31, 2025. o Remove and replace the full flat rooftop. o Provide and install two 6-ton roof mounted, packaged HVAC units. UCA reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality or irregularity in any bid or bids, if to do so is in the best interest of UCA.
