Interested SERVICE PROVIDERS must submit a bid for the inspection of all equipment listed below. Contracts will be awarded on the basis of the lowest compliant price. Inspections must be carried out on an annual basis in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications, municipal and provincial by-laws, best practices and current standards. Services will be provided by technicians who hold a fire protection mechanic's card and who must be presented to the CISSS prior to the work. The Contract shall expire after a period of ONE (1) year(s) from the date it comes into force, unless it is terminated prematurely in accordance with the other provisions of the Contract. The SERVICE PROVIDER grants FOUR (4) Option(s) to renew the Contract for an additional period of ONE (1) year(s) each. In order to exercise a Renewal Option, the PUBLIC BODY must send the SERVICE PROVIDER a notice of exercise of this Option at least THIRTY (30) days prior to the expiry of the initial or renewed term of the Contract.
