Failure to submit the Business Registration Certificate prior to the award of contract will result in the rejection of the bid proposal. The East Newark Board of Education will not enter into a contract for work with any person, company or firm that is on the State Department of Labor and Workforce Development; Prevailing Wage Debarment List, or the State of New Jersey Consolidated Debarment Report or the Federal System for Award-SAM.gov. Each bidder must submit with the bid a signed certificate stating that they own, lease or control all equipment necessary to accomplish the work described in the Contract Specifications.
