***Only the (DB)/Design-Bid-Build (DBB), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award ion Contract (MACC) for Large General ion Projects in in Marine Corps Facilities, Primarily Camp Lejeune and Cherry Point, North Carolina, for contract numbers N4008520D0032/0033/0034/0035/0036 can provide a in response to this project.***This project will design and a Parachute Maintenance Facility with a Paraloft, and a Supply Warehouse for the 2nd Radio Battalion at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. ion includes low-rise steel frames facilities with reinforced concrete masonry unit with reinforced masonry walls, brick veneer, reinforced concrete floors and standing seam metal roof. The Supply Warehouse includes administrative and support space, storage bays, secured storage, and shing/receiving area. The Parachute Maintenance Facility includes a parachute washing area with drying tower, administrative and support space, training area, sewing and fabrication room, and parachute packing and storage areas. Building ure should be Georgian or Colonial revival in classification as defined by the BEAP (Base Exterior ure Plan) for Hadnot Point commensurate with facility importance. Special ion features include premium for compliance with Base Exterior ural Plan. This project will provide Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (ATFP) features and comply with ATFP regulations, physical security mitigation in accordance with DOD Minimum Anti-Terrorism Standards for Buildings. Information systems will include basic telephone, computer network, fiber optic, security and fire alarm systems and infrastructure. Mechanical systems include heating, ventilation and air conditioning, water lines, plumbing and plumbing fixtures, fire protection systems and supply lines, sanitary sewer system, oil/water separators, and storm drainage piping and culverts. Built-in equipment includes storage racks, parachute-rigging system, parachute drying system, antenna support mast at roof, and fire pumps. Time for Completion: In accordance with FAR 52.211-10 Commencement, Prosecution, and Completion of Work, the duration of this task order shall be 780 calendar from date of award (includes 15 calendar for submission and approval of s and insurance) Wage Determination: Department of Labor (DoL) General Decision Number NC20250010 01/03/2025 applies to this work (Attachment B). The wage determination version in effect at the time of award shall apply to the work performed under this contract. Liquidated Damages: In accordance with FAR 52.211-12 Liquidated Damages, if the Contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified in the contract, the Contractor shall pay liquidated damages to the Government in the amount of 1,779.96 for each calendar day of delay until the work is completed or accepted. Requirements: In accordance with FAR 52.228-1, Bid Guarantees, each Offeror shall submit with its offer a guarantee (Standard Form 24) in a penal sum equal to at least 20 percent of the offer price or 3,000,000, whichever is less.
