One person may fill the roles of Superintendent and Safety & Health Officer, if duly qualified for these positions as defined in the project specification; however, the Quality Control Manager must be a stand-alone position. 2. FF&E is not a requirement of this project. Contractors can ignore any mention of FF&E for this project. Special Scheduling: HP505 Renovation must be complete prior to work starting on demo of HP135, HP136, and SHP136A. Basis for Award: Lowest Price Proposal Acceptance Period: 90 days from receipt of offers Site Visit: A site visit scheduled 11/27/2024 at 0900 with the first site visit at BEQ HP505 Bond Requirements: Bid bonds are required in accordance with FAR 53.301-24. An electronic copy of your bid bond may be submitted with your proposal. Failure to submit a bid bond by the deadline will result in your proposal being removed from consideration. Payment and/or performance bond(s) will be requested at the time of award per the current process. o No bonds are required for proposals less than $40K. o Proposals valued at $40K and greater will require a payment bond only. o Proposals valued at $150K and greater will require a bid bond, a payment bond, and a performance bond.
