Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a military facility; for site work for a military facility; road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Work consists of demolition of multiple buildings, structures, utilities, and pavement surfaces. Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management,tools, materials, equipment, facilities, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide demolition of 114 base housing structures, utilities, and pavement surfaces at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune (MCBCL), North Carolina. The Contractor shall provide six-foot-high temporary chain link fencing with privacy screening around the entire jobsite perimeter for the duration of ion. The Contractor shall mow any undisturbed grassy areas located inside the fenced area at a minimum frequency of every two weeks.The Contractor shall be capable of providing transportation to and from the facilities and shall dispose of demolition debris off of base.
