Renovation of a military facility in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to repair Building AS4212 at Naval Air Station Sigonella. The scope of work includes repairing the roof, replacing damaged doors and windows, restoring interior finishes, and upgrading electrical and mechanical systems to meet current standards. Work also involves addressing water intrusion issues, improving drainage around the building, and ensuring compliance with applicable safety and building codes. All construction activities must be coordinated to minimize disruption to base operations and ensure secure access to the site. Only General Contractors listed on the General Requirements cover page may submit a proposal for this ROICC Camp Lejeune area of responsibility project. See attached documents for scope of work and any applicable drawings. Estimated Cost Range: Between 10,000,000 and 25,000,000 Requests for Information (RFIs): RFIs be submitted by the prime contractor to edward.e.pelser.civ@us.navy.mil. The cut off for RFIs is March 10, 2025 by 2:00 PM EST in order to process all inquiries by the proposal due date. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
