In accordance with the provisions of Texas Local Government Code 272 and Texas Government Code, Chapter 2254, The County of Terry is requesting responses to this solicitation to provide professional services for perform civil engineering services for a project involving the review, inspection, evaluation, planning, and construction of one or more subdivisions proposed for Terry, Texas, and to otherwise assist the County in completing selected engineering improvement projects related thereto. The Respondent shall have the following minimum experience: (firms which fail to provide written detailed project experience as required shall be considered nonresponsive). 1. The Proposing Firm must be registered by the State of Texas to provide any services which are required to complete this project, and the Firm must have all professional licensure required by the State to provide any services required to complete this project. Proof of this registration must be included as part of the submittal. 2. Five (5) years-experience with in delivering successful projects for a local government entity. 3. A minimum of three (3) similar projects successfully delivered to local government entities that exceed $5000,000 in overall project value. 4. A statement to the effect that potential plat applications are substantially complete as to initial review, with particular attention to topographic compliance with appropriate engineering standard, drainage analysis, and road standards within no more than ten (10) days from date of submission to you firm. Negotiations may be held with the highest ranked offeror(s). The submitted response shall not be altered, withdrawn, or resubmitted within sixty (60) days from and after the date of the opening. A sealed envelope, delivered by certified mail or Fed Ex, UPS, or other delivery service. There will be no formal bid opening. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
