Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) Department of Facilities and Maintenance Services (DFMS) is soliciting competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) to enable MPS to obtain contractor(s) to provide Electric Motor and Pump Servicing. Question Deadline 12/05/2024 at 12:00 PM CT All questions should be submitted in writing to DFMSProcurement@milwaukee.k12.wi.us. No questions will be answered after that date and time. No questions will be answered verbally. The estimated dollar amount resulting in all services under this RFP is $150,000/year based on total spend over the last three years and anticipated spend on future purchases. The work will not be exclusive and MPS does not guarantee a minimum or maximum amount. The contract(s) term shall be for three (3) years including an annual review with continued service contingent on the consent of both the Contractor(s) and MPS, provided the selected Contractor(s) continues to meet all requirements and district funds are available each year. MPS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to award contract(s) in the best interest of the Milwaukee Public Schools.
