HVAC Air Filters & Belts The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to establish a term contract with two (2) qualified suppliers to furnish all tools, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and supervision necessary to provide inside delivery of HVAC air filters and belts to the County of Henrico, Virginia General Services and Henrico County Public Schools ("HCPS") (collectively, the "County") as needed and requested in accordance with the enclosed general terms, conditions and specifications. SCOPE OF WORK/SERVICES A. Purpose. 1. The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to establish a term contract with two (2) qualified suppliers to furnish all tools, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and supervision necessary to provide inside delivery of HVAC air filters and belts to the County of Henrico, Virginia General Services and Henrico County Public Schools ("HCPS") (collectively, the "County") as needed and requested in accordance with the enclosed general terms, conditions and specifications. 2. A contract award will be made to the responsive and responsible Bidder(s) who submit the lowest Total Bid Price per lot (Lot A and Lot B). The lowest responsive and responsible Bidder(s) shall be designated the Successful Bidder(s) to provide the goods and services. 3. The County reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of Bidders awarded based on the number of responsive and responsible bids received on behalf of this solicitation and prices received. Bonds: The Successful Bidder is not required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond for this contract.
