As of December 6, 2024, per addendum 1, the bid date has been extended from December 10th to December 17th, 2024. The work to be bid on is as follows: Furnish & install one (1) 400,000-gallon elevated water storage tank, hydrodynamic mixing system, piping, excavation, grading, and all and related appurtenances shown on plans. The allotted time for construction is 400 calendar days. No bid may be withdrawn within 120 days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. Any contract or contracts awarded by the Owner through this invitation for bids will be funded by a State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan from the State of Tennessee. State and Federal funds will be involved in this project, and, as a result, Bidders must comply with the SRF Loan Program's Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) requirements including contacting a minimum of 10 qualified DBE sub-contractors, professional service providers, vendors, and/or suppliers by certified mail to solicit bids.
