The Town of Arlington intends to secure a contract for Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) services for a Town Hall Addition Project (full description in RFQ/P available below). The CMc shall provide preconstruction services to include consulting, pre-evaluation, construction administration services, scheduling and estimating/cost control services during the design phase of the Project and shall be the construction manager at risk during construction, holding the trade contracts and providing the management, administration and construction services during the construction phase. The CMc shall competitively procure and contract with the trade contractors and assume the responsibility and the risk of construction delivery within the specified cost and schedule terms, after providing a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the scope of work for the Town of Arlington - Town Hall Addition located at 5854 Airline Road, Arlington, Tennessee. The Scope of the proposed Arlington Town Hall Addition project will consist of the following: A 1-story addition to the existing Town Hall facility consisting of approx. 3,000 sf. 2. Addition consists of eight (8) Offices, Conference Room, Restroom, Workroom, and expanded Lobby. 3. Construction Type V. 4. Renovation of existing brick façade. 5. Modification of existing entry drive. 6. Associated site work as required. This RFQ/P is issued by the TOA’s representative, Renaissance Group, Inc., who shall serve as the RFQ/P Coordinator.
