The work includes 1,100+ squares, 10 curb ramp reconstructions at various locations all in accordance with contract documents. Site Directions: The 2025 sidewalk repair area, in general, is largely bounded by Capitol Dr. to the north, N. 88th St. to the east, North Ave. to the south and Mayfair Rd/STH 100 to the west. Est. Completion Date: Aug. 15, 2025 Pre-Qualification: Yes The bidder may accompany his proposal with a bid bond equal to at least five percent (5%) but not more than ten percent (10%) of his bid
