Site work for a water / sewer project in Annapolis, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, Tank Coating, miscellaneous rehabilitation and concrete repair, and site restoration. Questions concerning this Solicitation should be directed to Charles M. ("Mike") Garascia, City Procurement Officer at bids@annapolis.gov. Questions will be received until Friday, October 25, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. local time. Also include in the email in the cc: line Thora Burkhardt at tkburkhardt@annapolis.gov. The security required to be included in the Bid and furnished by the Bidder as a guaranty of good faith to enter into a Contract with the City if awarded to the Bidder. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond made payable to the City of Annapolis in an amount of five percent (5%) of the Bidder's maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified or bank check or a bond issued by a surety on the City provided bond form. The Successful Bidder shall provide the Contract Bonds, including the Performance Bond and the Payment Bond, in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total Bid Price on the City provided bond forms. The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities as deemed appropriate by the City, to award multiple contracts, and to select the Bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
