All Bidders must provide a Familial Disclosure Form, in accordance with MCL 380.1267, and the Iran Sanctions Form, in accordance with MCL 129.313, and also a Bid Bond. The District will not accept a bid proposal that does not include this information. Bloomfield Hills Schools Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Proposals, either in whole or in part, to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, or to award the contract to other than the contractor(s) submitting the best financial Proposal (low proposer), in its sole and absolute discretion. Deadline for written Requests for Clarifications 3:30 PM Wednesday, November 27, 2024 Prospective Contractors may request that the School District clarify information contained in this RFP. All such requests must be made in writing via email.
