The District will not accept a bid proposal that does not include this information. Project Description a. Bloomfield HS: Replace roof sections O, S, T, and V [approx. 9,618 sf! b. Conant ES: Replace roof sections D.1, E, F, G, H, I, and J [approx. 23,067 sf) c. Eastover ES: Replace roof section B [approx. 23,235 sf| d. All projects are a complete removal down to existing roof deck [type varies], with new insulation and EPDM roofing [except shingle roof at Conant, area J], e. Contractor will need to build up the perimeter to accommodate the increased insulation thickness. f. There are numerous gas pipes and/or conduits that have generally been shown that need to be raised, modified, etc. a. Contractor should review these items g. Roof ladder at BHHS to be modified so that it is properly installed.
