Renovation of a mixed-use development in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Services (Including but not limited to Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical Power and Lighting, Fire Protection, Telecommunications, and Security): Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. Work is anticipated to commence upon award of contractor Notice to Proceed, on or about January1,2025, and be substantially complete by September1,2025, constructed in one phase as shown on the Contract Documents. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid in the form of certified check, credit union share. draft, or surety bond written on an original AIA Document A310, Bid Bond is required for this project, and must be submitted at the time of bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide surety Performance and Payment Bonds in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum.
