Bus Turnaround Concrete Replacement Discounts for prompt payment will not be considered in the evaluation of quotations. However, any offered discount will form a part of the award and will be taken if payment is made within the discount period indicated in the quotation. As an alternative to offering a prompt payment discount in the quotation, Offerors awarded contracts may include prompt payment discounts on individual invoices. It is the intent of RTD to make an award within 90 days after quotations are opened and to prepare and transmit purchase order documents within a reasonable time thereafter. RTD may reject any and all quotations and reserves the right to waive defects in the quotations as the interest of RTD may require. The Quotation form must be filled out in all details, showing the quotation(s). In cases of discrepancy between the unit price and the computed total price, the unit price alone will be considered as representing the Offeror's intention. All requests for clarifications and/or changes to the form of the purchase order, including suggested changes to the terms and conditions, must be made during the Inquiry Period. RTD has no obligation to accept requested changes to the form of the purchase order beyond the Inquiry Period, and no changes will be made after award to the successful Offeror(s) (other than in respect of typographical errors). If an Offeror does not submit any request changes, the Offeror will be deemed to have accepted the terms, conditions, and requirements of this RFQ. Requested changes, including additional terms, conditions, and agreements (such as license agreements, master services agreements, and user agreements), must be submitted with quotations. At RTD's sole discretion, RTD may deny any requested changes submitted during the Inquiry Period. Requested changes must be specific (including, as applicable, RFQ section reference, reason for requested change and proposed revised language) and clearly identified.
