Reference Number 0000369035 Purchase Type: Term: 04/01/2025 02:00 AM EDT - 03/31/2028 02:00 AM EDT Denver Water is soliciting Proposals for Vault Toilet Cleaning Services (the "Work") for Denver Water-owned recreation locations in outlying areas. Denver Water owns numerous properties around the Denver metropolitan area. Many of these locations are used for recreational purposes such as hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and camping. To accommodate visitors to these locations, Denver Water has toilet vaults located at these facilities for visitors' use. These toilet vaults require ongoing maintenance and cleaning. Example images of the toilet vaults are included in Exhibit A - Toilet Vault Examples. The locations that require the Work include areas along the South Platte River near Deckers, Colorado, Cheesman Reservoir, Waterton Canyon, Lake Lehow, and Gross Reservoir. Due to the geographic differences where the Work is needed, there is an opportunity for Proposers to submit a Proposal in response to three (3) separate Schedules, defined as follows: Schedule I: Cheesman Reservoir and Areas along the South Platte River (Exhibits B and C) Schedule II: Waterton Canyon and Lake Lehow (Exhibit D) Schedule III: Gross Reservoir (Exhibit E) The following Scope of Work shall apply to all three (3) Schedules listed above. The Work includes the following at a minimum: Clean and disinfect toilet bowls Sweep floors Pressure wash floors, walls, foyers, and inside and outside of toilet stacks Remove excess water from floors Remove cobwebs Restock toilet paper Pick up loose litter within ten (10) feet of the toilet vault Question Deadline 12/04/2024 at 3:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No, Any requests for clarification or additional information regarding this RFQ must be submitted in writing via email to the Procurement Specialist listed above by time. Denver Water will summarize and respond to all material questions received by the deadline through an addendum. Denver Water reserves the right to request additional cleanings on an as-needed basis. Denver Water will provide the Contractor a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours' notice before additional cleanings are requested.
