Purchase of Pea Gravel for Use on Parish Roads Bid period to run from January 01, 2025 through December 31, 2025. All bids should be marked as such on envelope. Also, company name must appear on the outside of the envelope. All Bids should state prices for delivery as well as loaded on Parish trucks. Trucking expense will be factored into bid acceptance at $1.50 per mile. Bidders must include in their proposal as separate statement setting forth any and all preferences to which they claim to be entitled. Also, if any preferences are listed, the name and location of their manufacturer must be stated. The Police Jury reserves the right to accept or reject any/or all bids.
