The work generally consists of furnishing and installing two (2) Electric Vehicle DC Fast Chargers, 13 kV and 480 volt electrical facilities required to power Chargers, canopies, and related site improvements. The above scope of the work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and materials required by the specifications and the drawings referred to therein. Each bid must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions to bidders which are bound in the Project Manual. Each Bidder shall write his Certificate of Responsibility Number on the outside of the sealed envelope containing his proposal. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders.
