Question Deadline 12/08/2024 at 10:00 PM CT Over view: DOT is seeking an overhead door company to remove existing doors and hardware and install new doors and hardware for various overhead doors at the Manchester Maintenance Garage. Location: Manchester Maintenance Garage 1105 W. Main Manchester, IA 52057 Contract Award It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible contractor whose submitted quote is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule. Other factors may also include a comprehensive review of bidders past work performance, and work capacity. Award will be made for any one group or combination of groups. All items within a group must be bid to be considered for a group award.
