Bid Package #1 includes the following contracts: o Contract 26.00 - Electrical o Contract 31.00 - Earthwork and Selective Site Demolition o Contract 32.16 - Site Concrete o Contract 32.90 - Seeding and Landscaping o Contract 33.00 - Site Utilities BP #1 RMC Parking Lot is a new concrete parking being added on to the existing Regional Medical Center lot No bid security is required. Submitted bids are to be clearly labeled with "BID PROPOSAL FOR THE BP #1 RMC PARKING LOT" and are to show contract(s) included in bid proposal. Combination bids are acceptable. Only one Bid Form per Proposal, but any bidder may submit more than one Proposal.
