Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lake Zurich, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Interior renovations will be completed at Lake ZurichHigh School creatingaCuli nary Arts Lab and DesignLab. Addi tional work to the project will include interior and exterior door and frame replacement at LakeZurich High School, Sarah Adams Elementary School, Spencer Loomis Elementary School, and Middle School North. A Bid Bond or Certi fied Check in the amount of 10% ofthe bid is to accom pany the Bid Form. In addi tion, thesuccess ful bidder must furnish a Perfor mance Bondand Labor and Mate r ial Payment Bond in an amountequal to 100% of the bid amount, with suretiesapproved by the Owner and Certifi cate of Insur ancewithin ten (10) days of the award of the Contract. The success ful bidder is required to pay the Prevail ingWage for work under this Contract and shall submitcerti fied payroll records in compli ance with thePrevail ing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). This Projectis Tax Exempt. These meet ings arenot manda tory, but all bidders are strongly urged toattend to under stand the project require ments fully.Bidders fail ing to demon strate a thor ough under standing of the project and the exist ing condi tions at thescope review may be rejected.
