City Heights Library Performance Annex Improvements Estimated Bid Value $5,000,000.00 Scope of Services The project scope is to design and construct approximately 750-square-foot expansion to the existing City Heights Library Performance Annex. The new expansion will include two dressing/makeup rooms, a green room, an office/ticket booth, and a vestibule. Outdoor mechanical equipment may be relocated to the roof of the new expansion. Interior lighting will be upgraded, and the Heating Ventilation & Cooling (HVAC) equipment will be relocated and upgraded and ADA upgrades to the existing restrooms, path of travel and any site improvements that need to meet ADA requirements. This project must also meet the recently adopted sustainability policies 900-14 and 900-03, the Zero Emissions Municipal Building Operations Policy, and this project will be required to meet LEED requirements. The library will need to remain open during the construction of the annex with little to no impact to library's daily programs throughout the construction of the project.
