PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Pepper Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager for the Indianapolis Public Schools - Rebuilding Stronger - Daniel Webster 46 project located at 1450 S Reisner St, Indianapolis, IN 46221. This project consists of 69,000 GSF of interior renovations as well as site improvements. Scopes of work include - restroom renovations, exterior door replacement, exterior storefront replacement, architectural woodworking, acoustical ceiling replacement, flooring replacement, interior painting, boiler replacement, new BMS system, unit ventilator replacement, interior lighting replacement, card access & security system upgrades, asphalt milling & overlay, and concrete curb and sidewalk replacement. As of April 2025, construction is anticipated to begin June 2025 and end April 2026.
