Work Location:Dillwyn Residency, 3400 Rosney Road, Dillwyn, VA 23936 PROJECT CODE 501-B4501-010 FAACS #3 19 00 18 DGS-30-055 (CO-7A) I Any questions pertaining to the IFB should be submitted to the Contract Officer using the contact information below: Mr. Joshua Saunders Phone: (804) 729-6845 Email: joshua.saunders@VDOT.Virginia.gov FAACS #3 19 00 18 PROJECT CODE 501-B4501-010 Sealed bids are invited for the removal of existing roofing and installation of new roofing for the Reroofing to VDOT Lynchburg District Dillwyn Residency Bridge Shop (FAACS #B3190018) at the Dillwyn Residency, 3400 Rosney Road, Dillwyn, VA 23936. The project is generally described as the removal of an existing deteriorated roof down to the substrate, to be replaced with new standing seam metal roofing. Roofing replacement will include but is not limited to removal of the existing roofing and installing new metal roofing, underlayment, gutters, downspouts, facias and related roofing accessories. A five percent (5%) bid bond is required to accompany this bid. The contract shall be awarded on a lump sum basis as follows: the Total Base Bid Amount including any properly submitted and received bid modifications plus such successive Additive Bid Items as the Owner in its discretion decides to award in the manner set forth in Paragraph 12 of the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
