160214 Dillwyn AHQ Combo Building Fuel Facility Sealed bids are invited for Dillwyn AHQ Combo Building and Fuel Facility located at 147 Thomas Road, Dillwyn, VA 23936. The Prototype Combo building is generally described as approx. 4,998 sq. ft. single story building with an administrative office area of approx. 2,416 sq. ft. and a two vehicle storage and maintenance bay area of approx. 2,582 sq. ft. The Fuel Facility is generally described as a raised concrete island with gasoline and diesel fuel dispensers, automated fuel management system, and a 24' x 32' pre-engineered metal canopy. The Fuel Facility shall be provided with a 2,000 gallon underground gasoline storage tank and a 10,000 gallon underground diesel storage tank. The project also includes building demolition along with all sitework, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work necessary for a complete and operational facility. A five percent (5%) bid bond is required to accompany this bid. When required bid shall be accompanied by a Commonwealth of Virginia Standard Bid Bond, Form CO-10.2, payable to the Owner as obligee in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Failure to submit the bid bond on the Commonwealth of Virginia Standard Bid Bond, Form CO10.2 will result in the bid being considered non-responsive.
