Exterior and Interior Signs and Banners for Parks Question Deadline 11/29/2024 at 2:00 PM PT Question Submission Deadline online. A. Contractor to provide various exterior and interior signs and banners for properties owned and operated by Washington County Parks for various projects. B. It is anticipated that this contract will span signage projects for an initial contract term for one year, with the option to renew for up to a total of five years. C. The Washington County Park's properties include: 1. Scoggins Valley Park 50250 SW Scoggins Valley Road, Gaston, OR 97119 2. Metzger Park: 8400 Hemlock Street, Portland, OR 97223 3. Eagle Landing Park: 26001 SW Rainbow Lane, Hillsboro, OR 97123 4. Rippling Waters Park: 4611 NW Gales Creek Road, Forest Grove, OR 97116 5. Additional properties will be added should they be acquired by Washington County D. All signs will be installed by Washington County Parks staff. E. Washington County Parks staff will provide a digital file for each sign needed. F. Contractor will provide a quote for each order. 1. After Washington County Parks has approved quote, the Contractor will provide a proof for each sign on the order. 2. After proof(s) is approved, sign/banners shall be printed and delivered to Washington County Parks: 50250 SW Scoggins Valley Rd, Gaston Or 97119, or made available for pick by Parks staff within five (5) business days or the date mutually agreed upon with the Contract Administrator. Respondents are responsible for checking the site for any addenda to the quote documents before submitting their quotes to the site. The County may reject any quote not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all quotes upon a finding of the County it is in the public interest to do so. Washington County reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any and all informalities in the best interest of the County. Respondents are solely responsible for ensuring receipt of their quote by the Procurement Division. Washington County reserves the right to modify this timeline at the County's discretion without notice. Respondents must conform to the requirements of these quote documents and all related, applicable laws. The County does not intend to pre-qualify any respondents for this project. All quotes submitted for this project will be considered provided that they meet the criteria set forth in the quote documents with respect to submission in a timely manner, bonding, and all other applicable requirements.
