This project will consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies for the installation of the Owyhee County Courthouse and Jail Sewer Project. Work includes removing existing septic tanks, installing a 13,000-gallon septic tank, secondary treatment tank with lift station pumps inside, and a secondary treatment system control panel with alarms. Additionally, the project includes a 230 LF directional bore under SH78 and Murphy airstrip, 4,550 LF of pressure sewer pipe, two 2.05-acre lagoons with 60 mil HDPE liners, various surface repairs and site work, 6' chain-link fencing, and all other work as outlined in the plans and specifications Owyhee County reserves the right to accept the bids and award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder regardless of alternative selected; to postpone the acceptance of the bid and the award of the contract for a period not to exceed thirty-five (35) days; or to reject any and all bids received and further advertise the project for bids.
