The City of Surprise, Arizona (the City) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (this RFQu) seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified, experienced, contractors to provide construction services for Job Order Contracting Roadway Projects, and related services, on an as-needed basis at various project locations throughout the City. The contract will be utilizing a Job Order Contracting (JOC) project delivery method. Roadway projects may include general roadway construction renovation, repair, and alteration projects, roadway reconstruction activities, pavement maintenance and rehabilitation, pavement repairs, sidewalk repair, and sidewalk construction. In addition, the resultant contract(s) will be used to provide services for projects at City facilities. Question Deadline 01/03/2025 at 3:00 PM MT All questions regarding the solicitation should be sent in writing to the designated Procurement administrator through Messages/Opportunity Q&A on the Citys Purchasing Portal electronic . The initial term of the JOC will be for a minimum of three (3) years and may be renewed up to two (2) additional one-year terms
