Bruneau Highway Reconstruction Pre-bid Conference a Pre-bid Conference Will Not Be Held. The Project Includes the Following Work: Furnishing All Labor, Materials, Equipment, and Supplies to Reconstruct Bruneau Highway From South Marsing City Limits to North Marsing City Limits. Work Includes Removal and Disposal of Existing Road Full Depth, Site Work, Placing Gravel Material and Asphalt Mat, Striping, Signage and Traffic Control as Depicted on the Project Plans and Specifications. All Work, Materials and Installation Shall Be in Accordance With the Project Plans, Specifications, Idaho Standards for Public Works Construction. The Project is Not Subject to Davis Bacon or Buy American Requirements. Instructions to Bidders Bids Must Be Accompanied by Bid Security in the Form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Cash in the Amount of 5% of the Amount of the Bid Proposal. Said Bid Security Shall Be Forfeited to the City of Marsing as Liquidated Damages Should the Successful Bidder Fail to Enter Into Contract in Accordance With Their Proposal as Specified in the Instructions to Bidders.
