Site work for a civil project in Mitchell, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

**As of February 17, 2025, project was awarded to Feistner Gravel and Excavation but awarded amount is not available. The project consists of a Base bid and 5 alternates. The base bid consists of the dredging and expansion of the existing storm water basin on the north side of Campus, and drainage improvements to the underground gas lab area to the east. Alternate 1 consists of the removal and replacement of the existing sidewalk south of the Nordby Trade Center and west of Energy Trade Center and storm sewer improvements on the west side of the Energy Trade Center. Alternate 2 consists of the realignment of the paved drive east of the Energy Trade Center between the paved parking lot and gravel parking alot and the realignment of the gravel entrance drive on the east side of the Campus off of Spruce Street. Alternate 3 consists of parking lot island improvements and sidewalk improvements northwest of the Nordby Trade Center. Alternate 4 consists of the removal and replacement of the PCC apron around the east and north sides of the Nordby Trade Center. Alternate 5 Consists of the removal and replacement of MTC Drive from Spruce Street to the Cul-de-sac. No major utility work is proposed, only removal and replacement of the existing pavement and curb and gutter. The project includes a base bid and multiple alternates throughout the easts side of campus. The base bid project consists of dredging and expanding the existing stormwater retention pond with grading/stormwater improvements east of the pond in the underground gas training area. The five alternates include sidewalk and drainage improvements, site access road realignment, concrete parking lot improvements and removal and replacement of MTC Drive.
